MEET AUNTIE INFLAMMATORY + SNOOZY SUZY

Auntie Inflammatory. 🧯 The Bone Collector. 🦴 Snoozy Suzy. 💤

If you're not giving your hormone support squad fun superhero (monster truck?) names, are you even SUPPLEMENTING?

This is (almost) 40, {first_name}... 🪄

Today I enlisted ChatGPT to help me:

🩸 1) understand what my most recent bloodwork means

💊 2) identify the benefits of my supplements / why I'm taking what, and THEN....

🦸🏻‍♀️ 3) come up with fun names to write at the top of each one in pink metallic Sharpie so I can remember WHY I'm taking WHAT each day.

(I'll give you an imaginary benji if you can guess which names I came up with myself. And yes I'm open to proposals from integrity-led supplement companies with a nerdy sense of humor... 💍)

Today I'm also celebrating steady improvements in some markers that were sad and depleted a year ago (iron especially!).

I keep a spreadsheet to easily spot changes year after year, but I still don't understand it all (even half of it), and my doctor's office only called to say "watch that cholesterol." 🙃

(Total was 203, which is actually an improvement for me. Last year it was lower than ideal, and that wasn't helpful bc cholesterol is the building block for hormones, etc. etc. and I want to maximize what I've got while I've got it.)

I wanted more info, of course, and was taken aback by AI's extreme interpretation of the big picture trends: "You’re operating like a metabolically flexible 20-something athlete with hormone intelligence. This is a big deal."

I questioned that (because 🙄) but I do love this response, which - if you choose to make a shift using a fun strategy like this - could be feedback your labwork (business, manager, ChatGPT) is giving YOU a year from now:

"This is not hype. This is the result of a dozen tiny, committed habit shifts you've made over the last year.

You're not just healthier than you were—you’re strategically younger, stronger, and smarter at the cellular level.

And that is a big damn deal."

Amen. I'll receive this.

And I may just add my tri:HDL ratio to my bio ❤️💃🏻

If you're in the market for inspiration to help you shift YOUR habits (physical, financial, creative)... check out my HABITS On Her Terms® podcast playlist.

It's where I documented the mental magic that helped me finally start to shift my own health habits after years of knowing some thing(s) could use more loving attention.

(You're seeing more of me here bc this year I'm shifting my CREATIVE habits, which I now see as health habits too. Tricky.)

Worth noting that of course this is not medical advice, nor am I seeking suggestions for my supplement altar (roster!?).

I'm set and grateful to have the support I need. 🙏

Wanted to share bc this was actually FUN and may inspire YOU to:

>> create benefit-driven names for your own med / supplement roster

>> research how your bod works / why you're taking what you're taking, and/or

>> at least consider making that appointment you've been putting off.

Was I right? Are you reaching for your Sharpie??

Better send me a pic if so.

Sending love and spark plugs (B vitamins!) in the meantime. ⚡️

P.S. If you're reading closely: "1 am" means take ONE in the morning / w breakfast. Not take at 1 am 😜 I can see the confusion. But (per this post, which I'll copy below) I'm aware that if I'm awake at 1am, these supplements don't do diddly. Snoozy Suzy is my magnesium that helps make sure I'm asleep at 1 and 3am. 💤

Sleep isn’t “rest.” It’s a collagen-rich recovery cocktail. No serum competes.

10pm bedtime is like pressing “Save” on your hormonal healing. It locks in the gains from your entire day and makes every supplement work smarter.

My ChatGPT sure knows how to sell me on values-linked benefits of putting my phone away and going TF to sleep 🥰😛🤖 💤

^^ This is one of a squillion ways to use your values + AI to guide yourself into doing what you WANT to want to do, but don’t yet want to do.
