It's perfect timing that this month inside the Mutual Inspiration Society, our focus is BODY—not as a project to fix, but as a partner to listen to.
Think about it.
Our bodies are our true and literal life partners.
Our forever homes for this lifetime.
Back in December I chose this as our focus for May, inspired by Mother's Day.
What better time to give our bodies some love + credit for all they've done for us? 💐
I’ve been having behind-the-scenes convos about these shifts for months.
I've seen the faces of smart, powerful clients, colleagues, and friends lighting up with curiosity -- the thought bubbles almost visibly floating above their heads, like:

For that reason, and because I refuse to surrender my spark to the pathology of perimenopause, I've decided to open up our monthly MIS workshop to folks who may not be MIS members yet.
