Creative advisor for brilliant women who love their work, their people, and their alone time.

Hi. 👋 I'm Nikki.

Creative advisor and field guide for women who want their lives to reflect what truly matters — on paper and in practice.

Around here, we call it:

THAT "I'LL HAVE WHAT I'M HAVING" LIFE.

I started my business over a decade ago helping fam-loving, service-based entrepreneurs write with clarity in their about pages, keynotes, and bestsellers. Backstory here, if you're curious.

But it was never just about the words on the page.

It was about feeling fully expressed. First in language, now in life.

First your website. Then your world. (We've just expanded the canvas.)

In this corner of the internet, we love our work, our people, and our bottomless podcast queues.

We don't aim for balance.

WE DESIGN FOR INTEGRATION.

Flow and form. Spark and structure.

We keep circling back to what matters most: SELF, FAM, and BIZ.

Think recycle emoji ♻️ or a spinning (not-so) lazy Susan.

HERE'S HOW IT USUALLY PLAYS OUT:

👑 SELF.

You want and need space for the little things that make you feel like you — your books, your podcasts, your med spa (💅), and swapping reels with your bestie like it's your job.

Time for you isn’t indulgence. It's fuel.

💞 FAM.

They provide the wind beneath your wings and the Cheerios in the couch cushions. Your "why" and (sometimes) your "WHY ME?"

You wouldn't trade those goobers for anything.

💰 BIZ.

Whether you’re an entrepreneur or intrapreneur, your work is where your creativity meets service, bringing value to the world while fueling your fulfillment.

It keeps your lights on, literally and/or metaphorically.

We feel most like ourselves (and have more love + fewer effs to give) on days when all three areas get at least a bit of loving attention.

THIS IS ON HER TERMS® LIVING.

Through private work, monthly workshops, and a yearlong seasonal rhythm of creative studios, it’s the practice at the center of the On Her Terms® Mutual Inspiration Society.

My clients are geeky geniuses and thought-leader-types who are used to being great at what they do.

WORK'S NAILED.

IT'S THE LIFE-Y THINGS THAT COULD USE A ZHUZH.

We’ve been sold a false choice: balance or burnout.

But burnout is too expensive, and balance is overrated.

The real flex is INTEGRATION:

PRIORITIZING WHAT MATTERS MOST, WITH CONSISTENCY + WITHOUT APOLOGY.

This is the heart of my work and what I share most in my emails, posts, and podcasts.

Because profitable + miserable still = net loss. 🥀

And this life is too precious for that.
